Order Processing
Ultraderm ships orders within Australia and to limited International countries as offered in the address field during checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within two business days.
Ultraderm use Australia Post for most parcel deliveries. In Australia, parcels can be delivered to a residential or business address, Parcel Locker or PO Box. For deliveries to a business address it is important to include the business name in the address field.
A redelivery fee is payable in the event a parcel is returned to Ultraderm due to insufficient or incorrectly supplied address details.
Tracking information is provided by email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse or you can track your parcel on Australia Post's website here.

Customs Import Duties & Taxes
Most countries charge import duties and taxes for goods arriving from overseas. We strongly recommend that you contact the local authorities in your country to establish what these fees are (if any) before placing an order. Ultraderm is not liable for any of these charges. The Customs declaration accompanying your parcel will declare the contents as 'Skincare' or 'Cosmetics' and include the total amount paid for the goods (less shipping charges) in Australian dollars.
Currency
All transactions made on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and converted to local currency by your credit card provider or PayPal. Some credit card companies charge a fee for international payments. Ultraderm is not liable for any charges incurred by credit card providers.
